Pregnancy - 14 weeks

 How far along?  14 weeks

How big is baby?  The size of a moon cake - clearly my app is American!

Total weight gain/loss? I was 61.3 kg which is another 0.6 kg gain this week and I'm now 0.5 kg over my pre-pregnancy weight.  Hardly surprising given that it's Christmas Eve and I've been eating anything and everything for the last fortnight - it's only going to get worse next week!

Waist?  One day...

Stretchmarks?  None that I've noticed.

Maternity clothes?  Not just yet although I definitely feel like I'll need some this time whereas I mostly got away without last time.

Sleep?  Sleep is generally up and down, mostly down to Oscar's sleeping patterns rather than anything specifically affecting me.

Best moment this week?  Finishing work and getting home for Christmas!

Movement?  Nothing  yet although I have wondered if I've felt a couple of little pops when I've been lying in bed at night.

Food cravings?  Cheeeeese - specifically mac and cheese but I'll take what I can get.

Food aversions? Nothing really.

Gender?  Still assuming it's a boy, trying not to give myself the hope of a girl - I know we will absolutely adore it regardless.

Labour signs?  Nope.

Pregnancy symptoms?  Achey boobs, weeing a lot and a little tailbone pain.

Belly button in or out?  In.

What I miss?  Having the time and energy to really enjoy my pregnancy - the first time I was measuring my waist every week, putting stretchmark cream on every night and documenting everything but this time I'm just too busy with Oscar.  I wouldn't have it any other way though.

What I am looking forward to?  Christmas!  I'm finally done at work and we've had a lovely evening getting ready for Santa.

Upcoming appointments/scans? Gender scan on 8 January then Consultant on 10 January, midwife on 12 January and 20 week scan on 2 Feb.

Weekly wisdom?  Rest, rest and more rest.

Milestones?  Nothing in particular I don't think.

Bump Picture:

Really starting to show now although less so in clothes!
