ow far along? 9 weeks
How big is baby? The size of a single chocolate - like one out of a Milk Tray.Total weight gain/loss? I'm 59.5 kg today which is a 1.5 kg loss from last week and actually the lightest I've been this pregnancy so far but it's not totally unexpected as I've been full of cold and generally feeling rotten.
Waist? When I start noticing a difference I'll start measuring... maybe.
Stretchmarks? Nothing for now.
Maternity clothes? Nah.
Sleep? Sleep has been up and down this week. Oscar has had a couple of nights of solid 11-hour sleeps but he's also had a couple of days with really long naps so later bedtimes and an early wake up or two. A real mixed bag but we're generally just going with the flow with him and he's much happier. It does however mean we've had very little time to do anything or even speak to each other as he's been generally going to bed a bit later and then I'm so tired I go up not long after.
Best moment this week? A lovely family walk around Foremark Reservoir on Sunday morning and just generally seeing Oscar happier in himself.
Movement? Nothing yet, hopefully another couple of months and I'll start to feel something!
Food cravings? Salty food like ready salted crisps and McDonald's chips. Fruity sweets also seem to be hitting the spot. In terms of meals I could basically eat Admiral's Pie every damn day.
Food aversions? Nothing really drastic but I have generally gone off my Cheerios which is making breakfast a bit more of a challenge and I've not actually been bothered about Lucozade either (pink lemonade flavour, zero sugar) which I usually have every day to wake me up with breakfast.

Gender? I briefly allowed myself to imagine it might be a girl this week but I'd still be very surprised.
Labour signs? Nope.
Pregnancy symptoms? Plenty of nausea again this week, mostly if I've been trying to do anything around the house for too long at a time. I've been needing to pee constantly which is understandable while my uterus is on my bladder but it's caused issues this week as I've had a cold and I've peed myself so many times whilst coughing.
Belly button in or out? In.
What I miss? Having evenings to watch films or spend time with Ant. With Oscar going to bed later and me being knackered we haven't watched a movie in ages!
What I am looking forward to? Finally seeing the midwife next week and getting my scan and consultant appointments booked in.
Upcoming appointments/scans? Midwife on Tuesday this week!
Weekly wisdom? Eat what you fancy. I've lost weight this week through being ill and not being able to eat much however if I had tried to eat healthy I'd have lost a lot more. Early pregnancy is rough and your body needs food to sustain you and your baby, who is growing rapidly, so just eat whatever you can stomach, take your vitamins and work on the healthy diet when you start to feel a bit better.
Milestones? I've had my first illness during this pregnancy and survived it - I forgot how heavily I rely on cold & flu tablets to function when I'm ill normally!
